HOW CAN I CLEAN MY WATER BOTTLE?
Cleaning your 24Bottles products is easy. We recommend rinsing them with hot water after each use, especially if used to store a liquid other than water.
We also suggest regular washing: good maintenance of your 24Bottles will ensure that you can use your product for many years.
You can simply use warm water and neutral soap, or a mixture of warm water and vinegar or a teaspoon of baking soda for a more natural alternative; in fact, when used separately, they are an excellent cleaning solution and definitely more natural than dish soap.
Once washed, always leave the bottle to dry upside down and without the lid.
Small spots can appear inside your bottle as a result of continuous use, especially with coffee or black tea, but don’t worry: this won’t change the safety and durability of your 24Bottles.
CAN I PUT 24BOTTLES IN THE FREEZER OR REFRIGERATOR?
You can place your Urban Bottle in the freezer for a short time, but keep in mind that liquids may freeze and expand, damaging the bottle.
Your Urban Bottle can be safely stored in the refrigerator.
However, Clima Bottle and Travel Tumbler should never be frozen, as this may damage the bottle and its heat capacity.
ARE 24BOTTLES SUITABLE FOR ALL DRINKS?
Sure! Unlike aluminium and plastic bottles, the stainless steel we use to produce our reusable bottles is naturally uncoated and is ideal for carrying all kinds of liquids. Aluminium is not suitable for contact with food and beverages (especially hot and acidic ones), as it is highly toxic.
Our bottles are made of 100% high quality 18/8 stainless steel and are BPA-free, BPS-fre, PES-free and PFAS-free. Both our Urban Bottle and Clima Bottle (as well as Infuser Bottle) can naturally contain any drink, hot or cold, acidic or carbonated, again and again, without imparting or retaining any taste or releasing harmful substances.
Please note that Urban Bottle is a single-walled, non-insulated bottle, so it is likely to create condensation if filled with cold drinks. It is also not recommended for hot liquids, as you may burn yourself when handling it.
Travel Tumbler is not intended for use with carbonated water.

24Bottles promises to replace products if they are damaged or unusable. Please note that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects of the product. Worn parts, dents, scratches, and chipped paint are not grounds for replacement and will not be recognized as covered by the warranty, as they result from normal use of the product. Intentional damage and improper use of the product may void the warranty.
Only uncoated stainless steel products are dishwasher safe.
