Shipping is free for all orders with a value of 49 € / £49 or more (excluding tax and after applying a coupon if applicable.

Shipping costs for orders under 49 € / £49

  • Italy: 4.90 € / £4.50 (including San Marino and Vatican City)
  • Zone 1: 6.90 € / £5.90 (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United States and Canada)
  • Zone 2: 6.90 € / £5.90 (United Kingdom)
  • Zone 3: 30 € / £25.50 (Switzerland and Turkey)
  • Rest of the world: 30 € / £25.50

Delivery time

  • Italy: 1 - 3 working days
  • Zone 1 and Zone 2: 1 - 5 working days
  • Zone 3 and Rest of the World: variable (depends on destination and possible customs procedures)

Important information

  • Orders are prepared in 1 - 2 days; during peak season it may take 24/48 hours longer.
  • Orders placed on Fridays after midday or during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday.
  • The shipping confirmation email contains the tracking number, but you can also ask the chatbot for updates on the shipping status.
  • We currently do not ship directly to pick-up points; always indicate a private address. You will always be able to select a pick-up point if the courier company gives you this option after picking up your shipment.
