Shipping times and costs

Free shipping is available on all orders with a value of 49 €  or more excluding taxes and after using the coupon (if applicable). If your order amounts to less than 49 €, the costs charged will be applied as follows.

ITALY – 4,90 € (Italy – San Marino – Vatican City);

WORLD AREA 1 – 6,90 €  (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK, United States, Canada );

REST OF THE WORLD – 30 € 

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees applied by the destination country.
24Bottles has no control over these charges, nor can 24Bottles predict what they may be. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled exclusively by the recipient.

If the recipient refuses to pay for customs duties and avoids the order's delivery, 24Bottles will arrange a partial refund that will never include shipping fees (even if originally offered by 24Bottles) and any other additional charge applied by the customs read more here.

All orders are shipped via standard shipping service.

Usually, the preparation and shipping of your order take 1 to 2 working days, while delivery timing by the courier may change depending on the destination:

– Italy: From 1 to 3 working days;
– World Zone 1: From 1 to 5 working days;
– Rest of the world: Times vary depending on destination, customs procedures in force, etc.

Once your order is ready to leave, you will receive the tracking number. Please note that the updated status of your parcel will be available after a few hours.
We will do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered quickly.
