Stardard free shipping is available on all orders above 49 € (excluding taxes and after using the coupon, if applicable); for orders under 49 € shipping costs will be applied.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees applied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled exclusively by the recipient.

All orders are shipped via standard shipping service and we do not ship to Packstations.

RETURN
The right of return applies within 14 days from the delivery. It is valid only for products purchased at 24Bottles.com or in our Flagship Stores in Milano and Roma.

If the product has been purchased elsewhere, it is necessary to turn to the vendor for assistance.

Please get in touch with our Support Team via chat on 24Bottles.com and specify your Order Number. Tell us the reason you wish to return the product and attach some pictures.

24Bottles promises to replace products if they are damaged or unusable. Please note that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects of the product. Worn parts, dents, scratches, and chipped paint are not grounds for replacement and will not be recognized as covered by the warranty, as they result from normal use of the product. Intentional damage and improper use of the product may void the warranty.

Only uncoated stainless steel products are dishwasher safe.

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Improper use of the product
• Unauthorized modifications to the product
• Wear resulting from normal use
• Accidental damages, such as those resulting from impacts or falls

Cleaning your 24Bottles products is easy. We recommend rinsing them with hot water after each use, especially if used to store a liquid other than water. We also suggest regular washing: good maintenance of your 24Bottles will ensure that you can use your product for many years.

You can simply use warm water and neutral soap, or a mixture of warm water and vinegar or a teaspoon of baking soda for a more natural alternative; in fact, when used separately, they are an excellent cleaning solution and definitely more natural than dish soap.

Once washed, leave always the bottle to dry upside down and without the lid.
