HOW DO I CLEAN MY 24BOTTLES ?
To keep your 24Bottle clean and ready for everyday use, separate all components (cap, straw, and silicone gaskets) and wash them regularly with warm water and mild soap.Rinse thoroughly and let all parts air-dry completely before storing.

24Bottles promises to replace products if they are damaged or unusable. Please note that the warranty only covers manufacturing defects of the product. Worn parts, dents, scratches, and chipped paint are not grounds for replacement and will not be recognized as covered by the warranty, as they result from normal use of the product. Intentional damage and improper use of the product may void the warranty.
Only uncoated stainless steel products are dishwasher safe.
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
Improper use of the product
Unauthorized modifications to the product
Wear resulting from normal use
Accidental damages, such as those resulting from impacts or falls
Cleaning your 24Bottles products is easy. We recommend rinsing them with hot water after each use, especially if used to store a liquid other than water. We also suggest regular washing: good maintenance of your 24Bottles will ensure that you can use your product for many years.
You can simply use warm water and neutral soap, or a mixture of warm water and vinegar or a teaspoon of baking soda for a more natural alternative; in fact, when used separately, they are an excellent cleaning solution and definitely more natural than dish soap.
Once washed, leave always the bottle to dry upside down and without the lid.
